The concept of personal branding

Personal brand is “what you are hired for, bought for or, in the case of politics, voted for… or not”.

Every person of working age should manage or take care of his or her personal brand in the market or within his or her own company or organization, especially if he or she is a competent professional and, ideally, also a person of integrity. Why is it necessary? Because we all have potential that needs to be better developed and weaknesses that need to be better managed.

Personal brand management, as we understand it at DARTEN, is a process of professional and personal development, with the aim that the professional (entrepreneur, CEO, executive, manager, liberal professional, employee or politician) can find and develop their best version to achieve their objectives with more probability, also for the benefit of their organization.

There are two main ways to develop a personal brand, that is, a person’s professional career: from the superficiality and from the depth of the Self. At DARTEN we offer you to develop your personal brand with a deep approach.

We use a differential methodology, which includes, for example, facial psychology, a discipline that in the hands of an expert allows us to know, in a few moments, the deep motivations of oneself and one’s interlocutors, from the understanding, without judging. As you know, deep motivations (the unconscious) determine approximately 95% of the actions we take in life. Therefore, counseling or training with this approach will provide you with a differential added value in sales (new clients), professional reorientation, negotiation, personnel selection, interviews with headhunters or human resources managers, etc. and also in other fields, for example, academic orientation of adolescents, detection of mental illnesses: bipolarity, cyclothymia, autism, suicidal tendencies, etc.

At DARTEN we accompany people in their improvement and, above all, to achieve success in their lives based on the happiness of doing what they like, what corresponds to the deepest desire of their heart, and that all their actions correspond to that desire, their gifts and talents. A certain desire to live in truth and authenticity, that which arises from the depth of the Self. (From self-knowledge, through “humility”, which derives from the Latin humilitas, atis and which in turn comes from humus, “fertile soil”, in its physical and metaphorical sense). To be fertile ground we must listen to the deep truth of who we are and how we can bring out our best version, which is what emerges when our being and doing are aligned. To make this journey, it is necessary to do a work that allows us to go down to the heart and to the true “obedience”, whose etymological meaning is “to know how to listen”. To know how to listen we must start by knowing how to listen to ourselves, not starting from what we do or what we have.

We have to venture an exercise in this direction. This requires work for which we want to accompany you. This accompaniment is so that the best and most authentic version of yourself can emerge and so you can develop your full potential.
